You can store your cards here for up to 6 months. This storage period resets each time you place a new order. If no new orders are placed within 6 months after your most recent order, your stored cards will be donated. Be sure to place an order within this timeframe if you'd like to extend your storage, or request your cards for shipping.

Yes, packages can be sent to anywhere in the world.

The shipping costs depend on the volume of the shipment. The following rates can be used for reference: Netherlands Shipping: Mailbox: € 4,95 Package: € 6,95 EU Shipping: Mailbox: € 11,00 Package up to 2KG: € 12,50 Package up to 5KG: € 22,00 International Shipping: Mailbox: € 21,00 Package up to 2KG: € 26,00 Package up to 5KG: € 56,00 Your order can generally fit through the mailbox if you have less than 20 Booster Packs to be shipped. Anything over 20 Packs, or other items such as ETB's, Collection boxes etc. will have to be shipped in a package.

Upon requesting your shipment, you have the option to donate your bulk. When donating bulk, you can request Mailbox Shipment, reducing shipping costs. The donate bulk will then be used for community purposes such as giveaways, charity donations, or given to viewers that need to complete their set.

If you have your cards stashed here, you can request them for shipment at any point. You will not be charged for shipment during the purchase of any TCG products, unless you add "Shipping" to your order. Simply click here to request your cards for shipment, and you will receive a Track & Trace. Make sure you select the correct shipping size, anything above 20 Booster Packs should be selected as a package.

An escalation process will be started through the carrier to investigate what happened with the package. Although Pikoba is not responsible for any damage or loss, best efforts will be taken to resolve the issue.
